Anyone knows which images (both Android and Linux) can be booted from SDcard and which can only boot from eMMC?

All of ayufan's images boot from SD. It was only the first two(or possibly three) pine64 images which would automatically install to the eMMC instead of directly booting. ayufan's images instead have an option to install to the eMMC, which requires an active internet connection as it downloads the latest image by default.

So if I run a SDCARD Image I can still install it on the eMMC?

Not 'it' - as in not that exact installation. But you can install any available OS to eMMC.

Actually ... you could theoretically install the exact installation you currently have on your SD but it would take a lot of tinkering. If you are interested in how to do it let me know Smile
