I have a 1to external USB hard drives  and ubuntu OS on SD card

I would like to know If I can plug it to the USB port with 2A power supply. it will be start well or not or I must to change power supply?

You will need to use a powered hub;  or else provide external power to the drive ( there are many ways to do this ).

Just a FYI

I bought a 7 USB 3.0 hub with external power and it works fine now. The hub is running on 5V 500mA
