I just received my PinePower 120W Desktop PSU. The charging ports work, but the screen seem to turn off and back on every second or two. If this is a software issue, is there any way to access a serial port or upload firmware? If it's a hardware issue, has anyone dealt with this problem?
Something I didn't notice at first - if there's anything drawing power on any of the USB-A ports or the wireless charging pad, the display functions correctly, no turning off. With no load, or only USB-C, the display malfunctions.

I just got my PinePower, and am having the exact same issue. I would love to know how to address this. Is it a software issue that can be fixed via firmware update, or do I need to be worried about the fact that the box was packed with zero filler, which allowed the Pinepower to tumble-dry in the shipping box between Shenzen and my office...
I am also having this issue with my new PinePower. Reached out to the seller and they recommended that I post here
