Don't worry about tracking numbers. I received my tracking number the day before it arrived. A full 7 days after it shipped.

It's not really the tracking number I'm concerned with it's the ship date. My postal carrier is terrible and I only receive packages if I leave him a note saying one is expected. I also need to advise my neighbors as packages are routinely delivered ito the incorrect address. I've received bills 2-3 months at a time, not a huge deal as I receive eststements but that's the kind of service I've come to expect.

Sorry on the late response, I was out of town for 3 days. After checking with support team and discovered they missed out on your shipment, I have informed the shipping facility to ship out few days ago and you will receive the package on next week. Thank you. However I'm concerned that it has been in their hands a week and there has been no additional activity. It's been received but nothing has occurred beyond that. At what point should I expect it to update further? Has it even left China?
