Phone does not report modem to end user making it inaccessible. Kill switch was toggled, tested on Arch Linux and Mobian, powered down and left overnight, and not sure what else to do from here. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated (and if there is a better place for this, please advise).

Output of sudo systemctl status ModemManager:

I did more work on it and I believe that I have narrowed it down to a hardware issue. The modem has possibly been jostled loose from an impact. Manually maneuvering it appears to fix it and tapping the phone appears to cause the modem to drop. Not sure if the error message from ModemManager makes sense with this, but it seems to be fairly consistent when I manipulate it.
That doesn't sound promising - I don't imagine trying to reflow the modem would be easy. It might be worth trying the factory test OS which should have a basic hardware test.

I might test it later this week just to figure out more about the problem. I had another mobo so I just swapped them out.
