This is my low cost enclosure, I did it using kraft paper(cardboard) and a cutting machine(silhouette cameo), although you could print it and cut the lines manually.

This is a work in progress and if anyone would like to try I could share the files here.

Can you send us the file ? I would love to do it Big Grin
Very very impressive. That said, I spent half a day cutting out stencils for a project (pigrrl) today - didnt get a single one right, so I think I stay clear Wink I envy your skills ...
Very interesting. Any chance to share daa how to make this enclosure ?
Thanks guys, this weekend I will spend more time working on improving it and I will share the results, pepakura file,.pdf and a STL with you.

the 3d model is just a box, simple as that

As this is a paper box, I'm out of ideas to fix the board

any ideas?

I took a pic today to show another problem, I glued every thing, even the top lid Smile, then I have to open the box and now I need another idea to create a kind of  lid, maybe with magnetic, I dunno.
maybe use velcro dots.

Sorry guys for the late response,

in the zip file there are a PDF/OBJ/PDO folders

PDF has some models already in pdf to print and cut manually

OBJ is the simple 3d object

PDO is the files from pepakura design where you can change the cutting settings for your model

Currently I'm exporting from pepakura to silhouette studio and cutting in the machine(if you want the silhouette files I can attach here)

the model I'm using is the one in PDF\fullpine12x12.studio3.pdf as the machine uses a 12inx12in paper

any suggestion please advice

I'm still wondering if it worth having an top lid that I can open sometimes, I'm using it as a TV box only so I don't see any reason to open the top lid, then I glued all the flaps.
