Can you move the mouse off the top edge and right click to get the panel properties action?
You can edit the panel properties stuff with your terminal if you know where they are... its been a while since I did that; I'd have to go and look for it again...
no, I can't move the mouse of the top right edge, top left edge..... thanks for your help, if I can get motivated I will go try and find how to edit the panel properties.....
