Hey all, received my PinePhone today with Manjaro ARM/ KDE Plasma. I'm wondering how I can return to the home screen. Everytime I open an application, the only way I know to return home is to power off the phone and on again.. Surely there is another way?
Hey, I got the same problem, you have to update (with Discover), then it will work well.

tap the leftmost button under the app window, and the app window will shrink. Now tap the middle button on the screen bottom and you have the home screen.
Swipe down on the keyboard if it's active and the 3 bottom buttons will be accessible.
It's weird that the nightly image gives you Manjaro+Plasma setup, including username, PIN, and TZ, along with a little "here are the buttons" prompt, but the beta releases (which is what comes shipped on the Pinephone) do not. Instead, they come preconfigured with a generic username, a default PIN, and you miss the setup prompts.
Consequence: questions like these, and presumably a number of portable Linux computers running default usernames with the numeric password 123456.
I just received my PPP yesterday... and I bricked it within 12 hours. Well, I corrupted the eMMC image. I downloaded & flashed the 2220301 Manjaro / Plasma image onto a microSD card and can boot now... but whenever I start an application... I cannot return to the home screen? I am stuck long pressing the power button and restarting. Kinda slows things down.
Not sure that "update" applies here since I downloaded today's image? WhaddamImissing?
