RE: Android (android_dd_20160112) first impressions - RedwinX - 05-30-2016

The last build, android with root. Yes, you are right, the play store has problem. I just installed Ubuntu now, it's working with lag. But it's appear that it's the bad performance of my MicroSD card which caused the lag. The CPU and RAM are OK, and iotop report that the SD is very bad... Any advice to buy new one ?

Cheers,

Red

I use Sandisk extreme U3's which work excellent for me.

I think the community recommends Samsung EVO+ as the best option.

Thanks Smile. Is it possible to run the system via usb (external ssd for exemple). It seems to be that it's possible for the rpi, the sd card used just for bootloader.

EDIT : I just found the solution, just copy the root partition tu the usb drive, and change the fstab Smile

I have received my Samsung MicroSD Pro+ 32Go, and it's working very fine (between 85-95Mo/s RW) Big Grin
