From what I have read, I would personally sum it up as "acendia shipping it is on hold". Other than France/Switzerland that is.

We can only hope the world will open borders as they were in the near future, but we also have to be prepared that this might not be the case.

That's how I interpreted it as well. It would be nice if we could get an update though on the number of people who have switched to DHL because if it's still quite low then people can decide whether or not to pay the extra money because it might not reach that 1000 units mark needed to ship.
