Yes, its in the system and its actually in Orlando, so I should have it tomorrow.

So for anyone wondering if store orders have been shipping before KS orders, that answer is definitely yes.

I'm still amused (thats a kind way to put it) with how the Pine64 folks blamed the USPS. My bet is, the packages were refused by the USPS, for whatever reason, and they're sitting in a pile somewhere in Milipitas, or wherever they're shipped from. Those shipments weren't ever in the hands of USPS..unless you buy into the idea that the USPS accepted a bunch of packages, didn't scan any of them when received, and have left them sitting in a pile on a post office floor somewhere in CA. And you don't think the Pine64 folks wouldn't have been all over that by now?? While some might suggest i'm being an ass and even looking a gift horse in the mouth, so be it, just sharing my honest opinion.

The horse has long been beaten and dead, but this is just another example of where a little communication a few weeks ago would have gone a long way. And I won't even get into the need for some third-party logistics expertise being used...

The Pine arrived yesterday. Pleasant surprise was I had forgotten I had ordered the wifi version. So once I actually got a response from the Pine folks, and they put another board in the mail, I had it in 3 days.

While none of my comments/impressions so far change how I feel about the abysmally poor way the Pine folks have handled order fulfillment, I'm impressed with the board thus far, have booted both Debian and the rooted Android with no issues.

I haven't done anything as yet to get the wifi module installed or put the I/O busses thru their paces, but thats next.

While I'm maybe not yet to the point of being the ultimate "Pine can do no wrong" fan that some on the forum are (grin), I am, at this point, satisfied with the product.

I need some info when you'll send me my Order #8162277 or how to cancel it because the time is ticking away and I'm waiting and waiting... without any answer from you!

If you said that I need to be more patient , so I'm not and you can cancel it and turn back the money.

I'm waiting for some info.

Hi, I ordered a pine64 board on May 17, and I realize that it might have taken time to be shipped, however as was posted on the website the order should have been shipped out in late June. That would have been fine but it is nearly August now and my order status has been marked fulfilled for over a month. My order number is 8161690, I have been very patient but am now starting to lose my patience. I sent 2 emails to the sales@pine64 address but have not received a response of any sort. Had I received some sort of response I would be making a post here but I feel that my emails may have been ignored. Does anyone have any advise as to how I can get some sort of response from this company. I had planned to order several of these boards as a class project, but now I may go back to raspberry Pi, and ODROID if this bad service is typical. How did you fellas get a response from these folks?

   My PineA64 board arrived today ( a BIG thank you ! ) in very good condition; board flat and clean, pins straight, soldering neat and professional--- and maybe most important, its up and running lennyraposos' debian base image flawlessly. 

   I have many SBC(s) ; the PineA64 is my favorite so far totally !  I've had a blast working with it, and getting to know the pine community of users and developers.

   tllim, thank your team, jjeng thank you, and of course everyone who volunteers to make this happen, thanks !

edit: PS ... on this board I went with the white system LED, 5mm (a little brighter) mounted horizontally. It will look great in the C4Labs enclosure I'm planning to mount it in...
