Noob struggling with flashing script
#11
Hi all,

I think there sometimes problem with parted SD card, for me working fine this solution:
  • Insert SD card to Linux based OS (I using Debian).
  • Open disks application
  • Select SD card reader and remove all blocks - only one big remains
  • Run flash-it script
  • When asked, write /dev/mmcblk0
Working fine

Nice day!

Yes, but not for everybody. For me  after checking with lsblk it seemed that /dev/sdb/ was the right choice. People have to be cautious about what path they give, so before anybody is doing anything please give lsblk a try.
