The question however is, how do we start this development? I think it is helpful if we can for now just compile the code from @ayufan build, and if we know how we can integrate the official Rockchip kernel (which has complete support for all the features) with CrOS 77 and thus also with CrOS79/80. Once we can do that, it might be possible to have a go at this.

I wonder if we should use the official Rockchip kernel. I believe the ayufan CrOS already uses a fork of it, and it still lacks some of the kernel flags required to run ARC. I wonder if it might be better to use MrFixit2001's kernel fork instead. It seems to have much more of the necessary stuff for CrOS.
