Did you have to pay import tax on your PBP?
#11
I'm in Germany and payed 57,20€ to DHL.
In Summary I payed 246$ for the order ~221€ (PBP and adapter) with German 19% VAT this results in 42€ taxes.
This means DHL got 15,20€ "risk fee". All in all the PineBook Pro cost me 221€ + 57,20€ = 278,20€ (~310$)

Central Europe (let's keep a faint veil of privacy). Paid approx + 20 % VAT (expected) and approx 20€ to DHL for handling the customs procedure. No import tariff, as expected.

No import or other fees (US). Looks like that the case for US purchasers.
