Value Added Tax: NOK 570 (presently USD 62.5 / EUR 56.1)
Disbursement fee: NOK 292 (presently USD 32.0 / EUR 28.7)

Germany, had to pay 57,51€ (42,34€ Import Sales Tax and 12,50€ to DHL for prepaying the tax)

Import tax breakdown to Norway:
PBP + freight: 239 USD
Tax: 59.75 USD (25% of item + freight)
DHL tax fee: 32.50 USD
Total: 331.25 USD

Shipped to Poland, yes - VAT to be paid (as usual with DHL).
(will not provide exact values because I ordered a few additional parts)
