That appeared yesterday early. Have you checked your spam folders?

I don't have anything like that anywhere.  Closest thing I have is the receipt for purchase, from Jul 26.  There's that, the email I posted above (Sept 25), and radio silence ever since.

I've been checking my spam folder almost hourly.  Nothing.

Why not simply reply to your order from July and see what they say?

I planned on doing that over the weekend if I don't hear of anything by the end of the day today.

Glad to hear. I'm taking a guess that the e-mail goes to China. And they're probably gone now. But I'd take a shot and ask now. What have you got to lose?

HI all, I am trying to get a better understanding regarding shipping. Please hang tight, there seems to be a couple of different and unrelated things that may have gone wrong in a very few instances. Its weekend tomorrow - but I hope to get through to someone and get some answers.

Civilized human beings....What a concept!! 
On a more serious note, it is clear from looking at my PBP that people throughout the chain, from concept to delivery, genuinely care. Even the DHL pouch was neat and clear...less so when it got to the end of the delivery....
I know it may sound easy for me to say having "got mine", but the PineBook Pro was CLEARLY worth the wait!! And I hope your will inspire you as much as mine did for me :-)
