Rock64 Android TV - Android Studio - adb.exe device is not found.

Tongue
I have a standard Rock64 (not pro64) loaded with latest Android TV firmware. I am looking to get the device connected to adb.exe. I tinkered with it a little bit but after the installation of various USB drivers to get the Android TV device to be recognized by adb.exe via an USB A to A cable I was not able to get the device to be recognized by my PC running Windows 10.

If in the future instructions for connecting Rock64 directly to Android Studio via adb.exe? Such that "adb.exe devices" command will detect the device?

I did put Rock64 Android TV into developer mode but that did not seem to help either.

Thank You!

I don't use windows but a quick google about adb.exe devices not recognised suggests a missing usb driver.

I did find out that if one connects a USB-A port on a PC and connects to the USB-C port on the RockPro64 and then use the AndroidTool.exe to flash Nougat image onto the emmc of the RockPro64 that upon reset an ADB Device does show up on Windows 10 in the Device Manager. So I can confirm that ADB Device starts up and recognizes a rock device and one can talk with adb.exe to the device and one can use the Play Store post in this forum to load a copy of Play Store onto Nougat and I can confirm that one can download apps with that version of the Play Store. My experience has been mainly good with the RockPro64 and the Rock Vanilla board.
