Even without Ethernet. I've tried every image out there with the exception of ubuntu. I've used multiple (new) sd cards, appropriate power supplies, phoenixcard, hdmi cables, everything.

At one point I had the android environment booted but it crashed soon thereafter.

More info please. I am many others (more experienced people) may be able to help if you provide the name/ type of sd card (class 10?), power supply, method of burning the img etc.

Alright here is what I've tried so far...

Power supplies: multiple 5v 2A all the way up to 2.4A with different micro usb cables.
SD cards: Two brand new Sandisk 32GB class 10s and an 8GB Sandisk Class 10 card.
Images: Latest images of all OS's with the following results
Arch: Got it to boot to what appeared to be a blank desktop after logging in with default root credentials. After about 20 secs nothing loaded, cursor froze.

Android: Was able to get the image to boot once, it prompted me about location services, as soon as I made a selection the screen went black. After that I tried rebooting but cannot make it past the android splash screen even after reburning the image multiple times.

Remix: I've burned the image multiple times but cannot make it past the RemixOS splash screen. It just sits and the logo sort of pulsates.

update: As I was typing this I was able to get the 8GB card to boot Remix. Although I am having some overscan issues. I'm going to keep hacking away.

I think the overscan in Remix is a known issue to be fixed. There is a similar problem with the Android image.

I think pine64 owners will be happy to test this build if you publish this as beta.
