Ok, I think it is a bug in the debian stock image because after testing one of

ayufans community builds gigabit connections are stable, running now since 4 hours
without any disconnect or strange behavior. In addition iperf3 confirms the bandwidth.

The numbers are not impressive but I strongly believe it has nothing to do with the rock64.
I think my laptop network driver and my fritzbox are slowing down in this case.
(But for me - it is good enough)
