Look at page 4/5 of the above PDF.
The four terminals TD+/TD-/RD+/RD- have already been terminated at 50Ω(49.9Ω) in the board.
Therefore, In this example.
Even if it is directly connected with RJ45-JACK without additional parts, it will work fine.
