I assume you are asking about the A7.1 image ? Yes, but not out-of-the-box. Get any eMMC installer (for instance ubuntu) and flash it to a SD card. Then mount the SD card and in rootfs substitute Pinebook.img for the android image (also, rename it Pinebook.img - not sure if necessary). Then just use this modified installer to get A7.1 onto your eMMC.
