Q4OS for PINEBOOK
#61
I am having trouble mounting a SD-card (256GB) with Q4OS on eMMC.
An error dialog pops up:
¨Unable to mount this device.

Potential reasons include:
Improper device and/or user privilege level
Corrupt data on storage device

Technical details:
org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.UnknownMethod: No such
interface 'org.freedesktop.UDisks2.Filesystem' on object at
path /org/freedesktop/UDisks2/block_devices/mmcblk1¨

@Mayumi
Are you able to mount another mmc card ? Are you able to mount the device using terminal command "sudo mount /dev/mmcblk1p1 /mnt/work" ?

I used DD to remove all partitions of the SD card on my desktop (Linux Mint) and created one ext4 partition and formatted it. Now when I insert the SD card in my Pinebook it is mounted. A purple icon appears on the taskbar. I can create files, etc. I have no explanation why this didn't work before.
