WiFi/BT to host wakeup pins?
#1
Hi!

I had a quick look at what I assume is the datasheet for the Wifi/BT chip/module that is then mounted onto the Pine64 "breakout board" type module.
I found it on the Pine64 Wiki so I assume that's what it is; https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B0cEs0l...9kRDQ/view

There are two pins on the actual IC that caught my interest;
"WLAN to wake-up HOST" (13) and "Bluetooth device to wake-up HOST" (7).

Are those pins be reachable and somehow relevant/useful when connected to the Pine64?
In other words:
would we be able to power up the Pine 64 by sending a simple Wake-On-Wifi package or BT equivalent?

(I'm not sure if there are any smartphone apps easily available that lets us send a Wifi/BT host wakeup "magic package" though)

Being able to boot up the Pine64 that way would be pretty neat, since it could be as simple as a "shortcut" on your smartphone.

These two pins have been properly route to A64 SoC chip. However, I have not try out these interesting features myself.

Thanks for the reply!

Did some more "digging" over at the Wiki and found the PDF which describes all the connectors so I just came back to confirm that they seemed to be properly routed/"broken out".
Now we have that confirmation from you as well.

Seems like one more thing that will have to be tested later.
