The only real way to dual-boot at the moment on the pine64 would be via uboot. However, that would require you to choose which OS to boot via the serial console, basically meaning you need to use another computer to connect to the pine64 on bootup, just so you can tell it which OS to boot. Not the most practical option! It will probably be a while before we see anything like BerryBoot or NOOBS for the pine64.
