If sound is otherwise working (like you can play music and music will be heard) can you please check:

What do you get when you put this to terminal?
gsettings get org.gnome.desktop.sound theme-name

Do you have something in /home/manjaro/.local/share/sounds/
?

I've already wiped Manjaro Phosh, with a new UB Ports. I have saved the contacts list and pasted it in the contacts of the Ubuntu Phone. So sorry for that but I just wanted a working phone.
