How to replace the home folder on eMMC

I switched my OS from my SD card to my eMMC and am trying to figure out how to get my backed up home folder on the eMMC. Any ideas?

You could use Jumpdrive to just copy the files over from the SD card.

What would I have to run to copy the files over from an SD card to the eMMC?
