Share Folder On Windows Network?

With Syncthing, the most recent copy is exactly what is propagated to all devices, automatically. Typically (in my experience) within mere moments (unless it's some huge file, even then it doesn't take long). Assuming all devices are connected to Internet (or even LAN / Wi-Fi).

Personally I don't want to have to dork around with figuring out where the most recent copy of a file is, I guess from that point of view I am struggling to understand how that is a preferable solution.
