I know some people made their own power supplies to power the board directly on some pins instead of the USB. However your solution looks nice.

I do not know much about cluster computing (accept as a user) so I will be interested to read about your adventures

hey salmangano just so you know all you had to do in order to change mac addresses was to change the entry in the /boot/uEnv.txt and if you take notice under the board it does display the actual mac address for that particular board.

@Lenny,  NICE !  

... what's with the single board outside the cluster tower?  Which Lego set did you use... ad hoc blocks ? Really, very cool design (actually, that's the best I've seen so far)...

Good post, but I recommend manually resizing the pictures you've included in it. Takes a long time to load your page on a slow network since those pics are almost 10mb each in size.
