I don't think so, it's just not a priority right now. The SOQuartz also hasn't been heard of in blog post since its announcement, but I do know that some people got prototypes for it.

Is there any information about the release of version B (approximate date, price)?

I've registered here just to say that I've been waiting for the best part of a year with my wallet open just to buy this thing. You're lucky no other comparable boards have appeared in that time.

Q1 has been and gone and there still seems to be no news of it. If it is vapourware I may just compromise with a model A.

Is the QuartzPro64 project taking priority before production even begins?

As per the March community update, the Model B has entered production, with the 4 GB version arriving first. The prediction at the time was that it'll be available in April, so if that's still accurate it'll just be days before you can order it. I know that a few people involved with Linux distributions have already received boards.

tllim has also just confirmed to me that the Model B will be releasing in April, so keep your eyes on the store next week.

Don't know how I missed that. Thanks for the update. If the boards are coming that soon perhaps I might hold out for the 8GB version.
