 Fixed - Do not use Plasma Mobile Settings -> Screen application for now

Settings -> Screen writes incorrect values to /.config/powermanagementprofilesrc file.

Good news is, that the bug seems to be fixed in Plasma Mobile Gear May 2021 update:
