im waiting for my package since 9 of may. I Send few emails to sales@pinephone
They instruct me to contact DHL.
DHL informs me that PINE logistic team didnt passed package to DHL, yet So they dont have anything to send via dhl.
Its already 8 days since You (pinephone team) said the package is sent via DHL, but dhl didnt picked up the package from you. im getting really frustrated by whole situation right now.
This becomes pretty ridiculous since distribution centre is located in poland , im from poland . I've seen on forum pineboard packages are sent to people in germany and i cant get any serious contact to someone from poland in my case.
I Would like to contact logistic team directly (imho best way) to stop this sending emails mumbo jumbo , and resolve the problem ASAP. If it is impossible , maybe You, @Luke Lukasz will be helpfull in this situation

I received official statement from DHL poland that my package wasnt sent/picked up from pinephone distribution center. Here it is: (in polish)
