Phone is part magic part bleeding edge pain and a UI I don't understand that doesn't seem to be documented.

The wherabouts of the pinebook pro ordered same day(Mar 23) are an unknown, but I'm distracted and may have missed an announcement.
About service not working - I assume you're on a CDMA network? CDMA networks seem to be a bit of a pain - get a GSM carrier for the PinePhone, if possible that is.
About the Pinebook Pro - that may, or may not, be delayed by a week or so depending on the situation at the factory - waiting for a report.
