Hi, I am backer 2722. 

My latest emails regarding my order ($457.26) has remained unanswered.
The last email I received was from VAN indicating my order will ship in April.
I have not recived a tracking number, or any additional feedback to emails dated 16 May & 16 June.

I do not want to cancel my order, I simply want feedback and preferably an order number.

Just get responded back from shipping facility and the shipment already arrange to pick up on Jule 6. Here is the tracking number: RI902609403CN and please only check on next week.

Thank you very much for your support, Tllim. I've just received my pledge, but It just has an unformatted 16GB SD instead of Android pre-installed 64GB one and there is no ABS/Play kit case (I ordered $89 pledge). Please help me again to raise this case to customer support.

Pledge received.....but still missing case and other parts....you shipped everything in a padded envelope, loose parts in the bottom of the bag....really???? You ship the touch panel, but no case to put it in???? Must say, horrible customer experience.... won't matter if it works by the time I get everything I will have completely lost interest....
