Is it possible to connect the pine64 with hdmi to a hd tv? I want to use remix os

Yup, indeed, that's the easiest way to connect the Pine64 to any monitor.

Yes.  I believe it supports 4k video as well. It looks great on my TV until the screen goes blank on me.
