Seemed to install okay for me - but don't have an account to test it out with.

AFAIK, this being an Electron app, and knowing the performance of the teams app on my much stronger Windows Laptop I expect Teams to NEVER perform well on the Pinephone. It is simply not powerful enough to run that hog.

I'm too much of a noob to understand the impact of it being an Electron app but I have had satisfactory performance from running Teams native app on an iPhone 6s (2GB RAM) as well as on a Motorola G7 Play (2GB RAM) running lineage OS so I was hopeful that it would run well on the 3GB convergence pinephone.  Perhaps if Microsoft creates an official ARM version of the app, it'll be satisfactory on the pinephone.  I could probably have dealt with the slow performance, but the lack of scaling drove me crazy.  Thanks for chiming in though!

Electron is the opposite of a native app. It's essentially a wrapper for a whole Chromium browser + some extras to allow using native file open dialogs, file access, etc. That's why it's a hog on Linux, macOS and Windows and doesn't scale well on the Pinephone screen.

Thank you for the explanation/education.  Makes sense why it's not as performant as on my other phones.
