Any updates on HardROCK64?
So, the RK3566 should be similar to an improved 3328 but with an NPU added, correct? That seems to be what I'm reading.
it doesn't get happy
it doesn't get sad
it just runs programs
RK3566 should be a rather significant improvement over RK3328, especially in the performance of CPU cores, i.e. Cortex-A55 vs. Cortex-A53.  The only major disappointments, as far as I can see, are the single USB 3.0 port and the inability to have USB 3.0, PCIe 2.0 x1 and two SATA 3.0 ports all available on the same board.  However, trading PCIe 2.0 x1 for a SATA 3.0 port seems reasonable enough.

Let's hope that there will be no hardware issues or quirks that would make the PCIe or SATA ports actually unusable, or force them to operate at lower speeds.  That already happened on some SoCs, unfortunately.
