Maybe a stupid question:

How to regularly reboot plasma-mobile ?

NOT pressing 5 seconds power key and rest hard.....

Just press power for >1 and <3 seconds. After releasing the button you should be asked to press "Restart", "Shut Down" or "Cancel".
