While it does not happen on the pre-installed apps, almost every one of the apps I've downloaded from the Open Store that requires internet access gives me a "connection refused" or "connection not found" error when I try to run them.
This does not apply to web apps which fire up the Morph browser. Morph and Onion both work fine, as do the Shoutcast and podcast apps. But none of the social media apps seem to be able to get a connection. I have looked for a way to specifically give them network permission, but have found none.
Suggestions?
EDIT: when I look at ufw status, it says that it is disabled. Is there something else that UBports uses to block ports? Would that be my problem?
