I placed an order for the PineTime on June 5 2020, but still haven't received a tracking number. I have contacted the sales team but received no response from them. Order #135967

Sorry that sales team is overload and may not able to respond promptly. Currently still in pandemic era and shipping arrangement is very challenging especially the battery operate device such as PineTime. The shipping team needs to wait for shipping company to give green light before able to ship out and sometimes takes month.

I still haven't received a tracking number. No response from the sales team. Is there any problem with my order?

PineTime contains battery and shipment can be issue for certain country, please contact sales@pine64.org.

I don't think that is the issue, because my PinePhone was successfully delivered. I have already contacted the sales team by sending email on June 11, but have not received any response yet

that's not the reason see the attachments, it's clear that they ignored my messages...

anyway after opening a dispute on paypal I received a refund from pine64...
