Never will work, sorry. Return it if you can. From the product title, you bought a SATA type M.2 SSD;
The NVMe adapter in our Pinebook Pros only supports PCIe type, (& NVMe). Ideally a M.2 with M key only would be used, (4 x PCIe lanes for maximum speed). Here is the description;

But, both B & M key PCIe NVMe SSDs can be used, as long as you understand the SATA & USB part won't work in a Pinebook Pro.
