With USB have not tested it yet (little time)
But I discovered another problem. Much more important.

I'm having trouble setting in OMV > physical disk properties > Spindown time.
The hard drive goes too fast in standby mode.

I have created a new post in OMV Forum and PINE64 Forum.
Maybe you can look at it, or have a solution! It would be great.
