Is my Rock64 is dead ?

Hi, i cleaned the dirt this morning, i don't think it was some rust or anything, it's very strange...

I don't have a serial console. I tried with a SD Card (witch don't contain any OS), with the EMMC (with android 7.1) and with nothing. I've recorded some video, maybe it can help

As you/i can see it's always the same, i can also hear something coming from the rock64, i hope we can ear it on the video

PS : It's not a issue with my phone, all the leds are blinking

The green LED not suppose to blink. When blink, it means the ROCK64 somehow withdraw a lot of current from power supply that cause power supply trigger its over current protection circuit, or another situation is the power supply itself may suffer some defect. This is the guess finding from your short video.
