Er, no. That is the git repo for the kernel for the rock64, not the pine64. You're close though!

https://github.com/ayufan-pine64/linux-pine64 gives you the kernel for the pine64

https://github.com/ayufan-pine64/u-boot-pine64 gives you the uboot loader

https://github.com/ayufan-pine64/boot-tools has some boottools

https://github.com/ayufan-pine64/linux-build has all the build scripts and Jenkins automated build files

That should get you started, or thoroughly confused at least!
