Your "bootm 0x8000 200000" is wrong. You should use "booti" with 3 arguments after having also done tftp on uInitrd and sun50i-a64-pine64-plus.dtb :

booti ${kernel_addr_r} ${ramdisk_addr_r} ${fdt_addr_r}
