Battery is easy since the pads are pretty obvious (expect ~3.7v), you can check the regulator voltage by testing the GND and 3V3 from the SWD connector (see https://wiki.pine64.org/wiki/PineTime_Devkit_Wiring ).
Battery looks to be dead, I am measuring only 0.6v from them.
