Mobian screen won't wake reliably.

I get the same thing .

My workaround is to unlock it via ssh (or with the serial adapter)

ssh mobian wtype 123456 -s 250 -k Return

(Needs wtype installed on the phone)

Or I just wait the 10 minutes or so like you said.
