What @KC9UDX is correct - the big devices are produced in production-runs/ batches and shipped when completed.
As for ISO PBP availability - as most tech enthusiasts already know, the manufacturing situation is currently pretty dire, and the ANSI variant is much more popular. To be precise, the ratio is approx 10:1. Given that we have rather limited resources to work with in the first place, ANSI PBPs will likely be produced throughout 2021 (mind you, this is my guess), since it is unlikely that manufacturing circumstances will improve this year.
