control RP64 power on
#1
Hi,
I am trying to find a way to control the power on/power off on my RP64 cluster nodes in order to switch off some unused units during the night and of course switch on some of them when the cluster reaches a load threshold. So far I am thinking of three ways (suggested by some pine64 irc users):
- use the GPIO communication to control the 4 pin header
- use a relay that controls the power supply
- use a PoE switch with a splitter

Has someone solved this topic or have any suggestions ?
