I placed an order back in March for a ROCKPro64 and some accessories. It later turned out Ascendia stopped shipping to my country and I've been waiting for it to resume.
I was in contact with sales@pine64.org and was eventually offered to upgrade my order shipment to use DHL and have my items shipped for an additional fee. I sent several emails to confirm and request shipment upgrade, but they stopped answering and I haven't got any response for several weeks. I was contacted by the sales team last week, paid for the upgrade and finally received a DHL tracking link. Thanks for the help.
