Zephyr is ready for pinetime

For now most hardware drivers is supported by Zephyr and under upstream including:

Bluetooth - already
Display - already
Touch - under upstream
SPi-nor - under upstream

BMA421 - not public version, No idea

and my open source project is still active after years later and for fun!
